NERF is a type of toy, created for safe indoor play, that either shoots or is made of foam-like material. Most of the toys are a variety of foam-based weaponry, but there are also several different types of NERF toys, such as balls for sports like football, basketball, and others.

The most famous of the toys are the "dart guns" (also known as “blasters”) that shoot projectiles made from NERF foam. They often feature bright neon colors and soft textures similar to the flagship NERF ball.

The Nerf Football Changes Everything

Football will never be the same when it comes to playing with a ball. Nerf Football will make even the youngest player unafraid of getting hit by in the game of football and other sports. Football is known for hard hits and bumps but the ball does not have to be as strong and hard.

The material that the Nerf Football is made of is a soft foam or rubbery substance. This makes the ball easy to grip and also easy to throw. By being soft it is easy for a child to be less afraid of it and want to catch it.

The Nerf Football if a very well constructed toy and is easy to make a perfect football throw. The shape is designed to make a spiral without the ball spinning tip over tip. This throw will allow the ball to go farther and easier to catch.

The soft touch of the ball will displace the fear of getting hurt if you catch it wrong. Having the soft contour is useful when the toy, by some reason, is not caught and hits the receiver during a playful throw. The hit will not cause someone to get hurt as it would if a playing ball was of an original football made of pigskin.

This cleverly designed toy comes in all sorts of different colors, shapes and sizes. With some of the designs the glowing colors of the ball makes it easier to see in the dark and the bright colors also make it a lot more fun to play with during the day. Most regular football come in brown and now there are also many colors being introduced in their designs as well thanks to Nerf.

This toy can be played with inside the house or closed in area with very little damage to the contents or with a little caution no damage at all. A hard football can be thrown as well but if it hits anything it will more times than not cause damage to the object it strikes.

When playing in bad weather or rainy weather the Nerf ball will absorb the water but it can easily be squeezed making all the rain water drip out. A strong pigskin football will become water log and it is not a good idea to play with it in a pool or in the rain.

Playing with the Nerf Football is a fun way to play with all children of any ages. Babies have been known to have one as a toy and the soft foam makes it safe for them as well.

After playing with the Nerf Football all day, one of the coolest things about this Nerf and Nerf-N Strike lineup is the toy guns: These ain't no peashooters. These Nerf n Strike guns are big and fun. They're heavy duty. So go ahead and take a shot, they will make you feel like John Rambo.

Incidentally, Nerf N Strike toys is pretty big in the airsoft and mod community. The new designs like the Nerf Longstrike have really made it so that, whether you're a kid, or an adult with too much time on your hands, you won't be able to resist these toys.
